On February 19, Ambassador Wang Jinfeng, China’s Permanent Representative to the ISA, attended a Briefing on Matters before the Council during the 31st Session of the Authority. The Secretary-General of the ISA, Ms. Leticia Carvalho, deputy Secretary-General, Mr. Bruno Pozzi, and Legal Counsel, Ms. Mariana Durney attended the briefing and delivered remarks. Permanent representatives were present on site or virtually. Participants listened to the preparatory work for the first part of the 31st Session and exchanged views with the Secretariat.
